The Barracuda

Tarek Lohas, AKA The Barracuda. Legendary bounty hunter, nothing gets between this man and his quarry; not even a Kaegata Pit Dragon (that he now wears the skull of on his left shoulder). After being captured by Kaegatan raiders flying through the old Rishii-6 straight, they thought it would be fun to pit Lohas against their pet dragon. To their surprise, he torn its head off and threw it through the face of the group leader. What they failed to realize when they "disarmed" him of course was that the entire right side of his body (though seemingly normal and human) is completely synthetic and up to Consortium grade spec' (hence the heavy armour only on his left).
